The style of my office is a calm beach theme. My office is located less than one mile from Lovers Point Beach in Pacific Grove, California. I used a lot of the colors and tones from the natural environment in Pacific Grove. My mom was the person who really helped me choose the big items, the couches and wall decor. From there, I was able to find a lot of my other items (lamps, plants, smaller decor) from a local second hand store that supports a recovery ministry, or on sale at home goods and the local Pier 1 store as it was going out of business.

Alisha Sweyd is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pacific Grove, California. She specializes in working with first responders, and has a heart for first responder couples. She also co-hosts the Code 3 Counseling Podcast on first responder mental health. When Alisha is not seeing clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading on the beach, or working on growing her practice into a group practice.
